Return Policy

Memora Gifts follows a strict NO RETURN POLICY for most products.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personalized or customized items
• Products created using uploaded photos
• Items manufactured after order confirmation
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect image uploaded by customer
• Wrong size, shape, or thickness selected
• Spelling or text errors entered by customer
• Slight color, brightness, or print variation

Because all products are made-to-order, they cannot be reused or resold.

Each Memora Gifts product is:

• Custom printed
• Individually cut
• Prepared based on customer-selected design
• Unique to the customer

Once manufactured, the product has no resale value, making returns impractical.

A return may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The product arrived damaged due to transit
• The item received does not match the confirmed order

These cases must be reported within the allowed time period.

Return issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

To request a return, the customer must provide:

• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of outer and inner packaging
• Unboxing video (recommended)
• Order ID and registered mobile number

Without valid proof, return requests cannot be processed.

All return requests are reviewed by the Memora Gifts quality team.

Approval depends entirely on verification results.

Memora Gifts reserves full authority to approve or reject any return.

Return approval does not guarantee refund.

Wherever applicable:

• A replacement product will be provided instead of return.
• Refunds are considered only if replacement is not feasible.

This decision remains solely with Memora Gifts.

The following products are strictly non-returnable:

• Acrylic photo frames
• Acrylic wall clocks
• Acrylic cut-outs
• Photo stands
• Name plates
• Fridge magnets
• Mini photo gallery sets
• Any customized or personalized décor item

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Delivery failed due to incorrect address
• Recipient was unavailable
• Order was refused by recipient
• Customer requested late delivery
• Courier delay occurred beyond our control

Such orders are treated as successfully delivered.

If a return is approved:

• Product must be unused
• Must be in original condition
• Must include all packaging materials

Damaged items caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Memora Gifts reserves the right to deny returns if:

• False claims are submitted
• Edited or fake images are provided
• Customer repeatedly raises return requests
• Policy misuse is identified

Accounts may be suspended in such cases.

Memora Gifts may update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

Customers are advised to review the policy before placing an order.
