Orders process in 1-2 business days, then ship Pan India. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days with tracking. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
We accept PhonePe and other secure online payment gateways including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.
Orders cannot be modified after payment as we start processing immediately. Please review carefully before checkout. Our preview feature ensures you see exactly what you'll receive.
No returns on custom orders. All products are made-to-order with your personalized design and thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. If there's a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept JPG, PNG, and JPEG formats. For best quality, please upload high-resolution images (at least 1920x1080 pixels or higher). Lower resolution images may result in pixelated prints.
Yes! For orders of 10 or more items, please contact us directly for special bulk pricing. We offer attractive discounts for corporate gifts, events, and large orders.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also check your order status in the 'My Orders' section after logging into your account.
We package all products securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, as production begins immediately, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Currently, we only ship within India (Pan India delivery). International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our services.
