At Memora Gifts, all products are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on https://memoragifts.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

Memora Gifts follows a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Since our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not provide refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Change of mind after placing order
  • Incorrect photo uploaded by customer
  • Wrong size, shape, or thickness selected
  • Spelling mistakes entered by customer
  • Preview mismatch due to screen color variation
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Delivery attempts failed due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Slight variation in print color, brightness, or finish

Why Refunds Are Not Available

Every Memora Gifts product is:

  • Custom printed using customer-uploaded photos
  • Cut and manufactured specifically per order
  • Not reusable or resellable

Once production starts, the product cannot be reversed or reused for another customer. Hence, refunds are not possible.

Refund Eligibility (Very Limited Cases)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered due to our error, or
  • The product was severely damaged during transit

These cases are extremely rare and evaluated individually.

Conditions for Refund Review

To be eligible for review:

  • Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear unboxing video or photos must be provided
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • The issue must be verified by the Memora Gifts team

Approval or rejection of refund is solely at the discretion of Memora Gifts.

Replacement Before Refund

Wherever possible:

  • We will provide a replacement product
  • Refund will be issued only if replacement is not feasible

Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on case evaluation.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Bank processing time may vary based on payment gateway
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via:

  • Original payment gateway (UPI / Card / Net Banking)
  • No cash refunds
  • No refunds to alternate bank accounts

Order Cancellation & Refund

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Cancellation after production begins is not eligible for refund.

If Memora Gifts cancels an order due to internal reasons, a full refund will be processed automatically.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours

Share:

  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Clear damage evidence

Without proof, refund or replacement requests cannot be processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Acrylic photo frames
  • Acrylic wall clocks
  • Name plates
  • Photo stands
  • Fridge magnets
  • Mini photo gallery sets
  • All customized gift items

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Memora Gifts reserves the right to refuse refunds in case of:

  • False claims
  • Edited images or fake damage proof
  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Violation of terms & conditions

Accounts may be suspended in such cases.

Memora Gifts reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Customers are advised to review the policy before placing orders.
